Product Description
These grounded stirring/heating mantles share all the features of a standard heating mantle plus the added functionality of a magnetic stirrer for a wide range of applications.
An “auto-recapture” function reactivates stirring if it is interrupted or lost for any reason.
The stirring circuitry, built into the base of the mantle, provides bidirectional stirring speeds up to 520 rpm.
Built-in power controller has dial markings from 1 to 10 for repeatability.
Chemical-resistant polypropylene exterior remains cool to the touch even when the element temperatures reach 842°F (450°C).
The coiled heating element is suspended within a thermal insulating cartridge to provide maximum heat transfer and support.
Grounded earth screen and double fuses provide addition safety.
Two coloured lights near the control dial indicate "power on" and "heat on."
Flexible heating element ensures minimum risk of flask breakage
Accepts round-bottom flasks of up to 100ml
Chemical-resistant polypropylene design makes cleaning easy.
